Whether an Olympic level athlete or an individual wishing to remain active with their grandkids, I am passionate about helping people feel their absolute best.

I graduated from McMaster University earning both my Bachelor’s of Kinesiology and Master’s of Physiotherapy degrees. I later went on to complete a Master’s of Clinical Science in Manipulative Therapy at Western University. I am a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy, hold my Diploma is Sport Physiotherapy from Sport Physiotherapy Canada and am a member of the International Federation of Sport Physical Therapy.

I love my career in sport physiotherapy and have had the privilege of working with Skate Canada, Canada Basketball, Toronto Rock Lacrosse as well as U-Sport athletes and teams at McMaster and Western University. I acted as a medical lead for the Toronto 2015 Pan Am Games and am currently a therapist with Hockey Canada’s National Women’s Team Program.

More recently, I have begun to incorporate pilates into my physiotherapy practice. This comes after years of practicing pilates and seeing the benefits and positive changes it has had on my own body. So many of the principles of pilates align with my practice of physiotherapy and this was solidified during my STOTT pilates rehabilitation training.

I have always been, and will always be, a lifelong learner- I love learning new things (like website design!) and opportunities that allow me to connect with new people and experiences. When not working, I take advantage of London’s wonderful trail system, spend time with family and friends and take care of my own body with yoga and pilates.
